Update, I sent out three emails today asking for three different files that I need to work, and they only send me one. I'm so done LOL.

Did you just ask for the file, or did you include the statement "If I don't receive it by COB tomorrow then the implementation date for project X will be delayed by a week" - and CC that person's boss as well?

Yes I know how to play the game after 25 years.
