True Red Tails mature at a much slower rate than BCI.

A 2 year old female BCI from the mainland will likely be larger than a 4 year old female BCC.

The digestive system of BCC is usually more fragile early on and requires smaller prey less often.

There is no reason that this Guyana boa won't top out at a very nice size and be at least as large or larger than a BCI at 8-12 years old.

The BCC are really the pinnacle of boas IMO. I have a BCI that exhibits traits of both BCC and BCI because of his locality, but I still believe anybody that owns and has some basic locality data on their true red tail, has something a bit unique.
