    My little guy had a bad shed when I first got him despite humidity being in the high 60's/low 70's. I soaked him two days after the initial shed to help get what was still stuck off. Ever since then, when I see him going blue I make a humid hide with tupperware and damp sphagum moss like above. He has had 3 complete sheds all in one piece with this method. It definitely works for my snake and I

    As for the feeding, I personally would go ahead and offer the prey. Mine has a great appetite and never misses a meal even when deep in shed. If he's not interested, just try again next week. Best of luck!
