Last week I finally got a hatchling from a crestie pairing. Both parents are lavender with drippy white, and I've been wanting a baby from them for several years, but didn't put them together until this year. Neither have been bred before, so there weren't a lot of eggs, and the first one died while hatching. Well, this one started out a bit weak and didn't do the first shed for a few days. Early this morning I looked at it, and it's looking much stronger.

Met the haute volee tervuren puppy today, from who I will be getting a puppy from next autumn! His name is Batman. They are working line belgians.

Batman and a euro working import named Story. They are both goofy, but Story is just insane (which is not shown in this photo). Her owner literally hunted through the europe tervs looking for a dog with this level of drive and intensity. I honestly can not handle a dog like her and I never want to. LOL

She's just calmly standing in this photo, it makes me sound ridiculous. But no, she's too insane for me.

Put a down payment on a Fire yesterday. I know they don't cost enough to need a down payment normally, but the breeder was about to go to an expo and I didn't want her to sell if she went with him so I reserved her until I get the rest of the money next paycheck.

Gave my sister a hatchling cinnamon bp today as a belated birthday present. You should've seen her face light up after she opened the package. She's going to love him and I know he's going to a good home.

My husband came home after being gone on a week long work trip and we went out for a nice steak dinner (filet mignon).

Some really awesome stories. Lets keep them coming guys/gals.

I just found out I'm getting an $800 check that was apparently given to me and I misplaced it and never cashed it. Well, I'm getting a check recut rather.

    Re: The Positive Thread

Ummm, Rockstar tweeted a suspicious photo that everyone thinks is hinting at the next Red Dead game and that makes me SO EXCITED! 😁

Bumping this, because a thread of good things that happened is good.

I had a breeding dream. First I dreamed that Blissey laid 14 eggs! And I was like WOAH I don't have enough tubs.

And then I dreamed that Blissey only laid 4 eggs, and for some reason I put them in an egg tub that only had a little piece of egg crate floating on water. And when I went to check on the eggs, two of them fell into the water and melted(???) and yolk came out? And then one of them hatched a half developed iguana

I was so mad, I was yelling in my sleep and woke myself up.

    LOL

not sure if this is a positive thread kinda thing, but I laughed
