Unless you have already done so, I'd recommend against feeding. If there is an outage, and it lasts longer than an hour or two, it's not as risky for the snake to spend a few hours at slightly cool temperatures on an empty stomach.

The quickest, easiest thing is to put her in a bag and tuck her into your coat for a bit. Works fine, especially for shorter outages.

We're actually looking at a wind event where I am, as well. What I have ready to go is a propane Buddy Heater. On the 'low' setting, it will run for about six hours and heat a small room to almost 85 degrees. If you use one, of course, read all the warning labels, and it doesn't hurt to leave a crack the door cracked open. I've been using it for twelve years (we get frequent outages) and love it. Really simple, takes just a couple minutes to set up. I do not recall how much it cost, but it doesn't seem like it was all that much. We also have a wood stove. It's entirely too hot to have the snakes close it, but it gets the place nice and toasty.

Whatever you do, don't use skiing-type hand warmers. These get WAY too hot and can potentially burn your snake.

Hot water bottles are doable, just wrap it well and leave it against the side of the enclosure. Make sure it is not creating temps higher than the mid to upper 80s. The idea isn't to keep the cage at proper maintenance temps, but to keep it from getting much below about 75 -- assuming the snake hasn't eaten.

Those are kinda the main ones I can think of. Hopefully, someone else will chime in with more.
