I guess nothing too majorly crazy although I currently have hopes of at least shooting for ghost/g-stripe next season and have produced enchi true ghost hets. Next season hoping to produce both BH clown and candied clown hets. Albino clown has also been initiated as has albino g-stripe. I am really looking to produce a nice pastel VPI axanthic male to pair with my super pastel g-stripe when she grows up as I lucked out on that this year when my pastel 50% het axanthic didn't prove, although I did get 5 nice pastels het out of the pairing. The pairing could prove interesting as both my visual axanthic girl and her pastel het half brother are also 50% het pied. These are all the short term plans; it will get more interesting in 2 or 3 years when I should have a double visual or two to play with.

I'll be introducing VPI Axanthics into my ghost stuff this season. The idea of True Ghost Pieds has crossed my mind a few times once I get to the True Ghost stage.

Re: anyone have any crazy breeding projects in mind?

My first pairing might be my trick het pied x mystic potion pos pied. I was gonna get something for the trick girl but realized that the potion was perfect.

Trick het pied girl and for what i paid for her she better be 100% het pied. Your looking at my most expensive ball python. All of her spots remind me of the leopard gene. One easy pattern recognition are the P and q shown on the very top of the picture.

Mystic potion 66% pos pied. He wasn't eating for a while but finally started up again recently. I knew he would though. Wish he had more pattern but i like having something striped for variety sake.

I'm hopeful that trick is a good gene to work with pied stuff because of this pic which i was told is a trick pied. Based on the pattern i do believe this is a trick pied. Bazinga is trick x mojave i'm drooling over the possibility of bazinga pieds.

Notice how low white he or she is. That's great cause most gene's just get overpowered by pie bald and are usually high white. Don't get me wrong i like high white but there's only some much that can be done pattern wise when there high white.

Aaand i'm waiting for a breeder to get a type of 100% puzzle girl to shot for some puzzle stuff. Funny thing is if i do produce puzzle stuff i'm gonne have to get in to shipping snakes cause the price for them are probable gonna have to be high. Also please nobody think money is why i got in to the puzzle gene cause it's not.

Here's a quick pic of my super pastel 66% pos puzzle. Now cause of his colors and especially pattern i do believe puzzle is having a influence here and hopefully it's because it's a 100% het puzzle fingers crossed. First bic is a breeder pic.

Here he is in my hand and bit bigger. Color is bit different. First pic he's younger, better camera and daylight. He is the same bp btw notice the dot in back of his head.

Also because i don't think enough people see or even know about the puzzle gene.I figure i'll show some stuff off but note these are note mine ( i wish ) got these off of wobp.

    bumble bee puzzle

How can any one not like if not have some respect for puzzle. It changes color and patter and i think puzzle should be up there with clown, pied, albino and the other great recessive gene's in terms of popularity.

I plan on sharing with the community when ever i do breed something and plan on doing a update thread on my collection sometime btw. And that's about it hope this post wasn't to long.

Just preparing for my first clutch ever next spring! For just BELs and butters, and hopefully I hit good odds. Nothing crazy.. This female has consistent 7 egg clutches.

Otherwise, waiting for my sterling and super pastel calico congo girls to grow up in a couple years, and planning on mixing them with a disco fire boy.

I do not think it is that they do not know about it. It is cost versus what the gene can do and puzzles have only been around for a bit so they tend to be on the pricey side. Also you have to consider that not everyone likes the same stuff. Me I think puzzles are hot! But I just invested in a100% het sunset and that will take years of my breeding plans to see fruition of that project. So I will have little time for another. Many are in that boat.
