My normal named Herbie, who was my very first snake. He is my heart and soul (see my profile pic).

That being said, I do not consider my snakes to be my "collection." They are my pets and I love them all dearly. Nothing short of a complete disaster would ever make me give any of them up - it would have to be to the point that I couldn't keep ANY of them, and I would go to the ends of the earth to make sure that doesn't happen.
1.0 Normal Ball Python - Herbie (Homage to the late, great Herb Brooks! AKA: Snakiepoo, Sweet Boy, The Hockey Snake, Herbert Paul)
1.0 Pastel Ball Python - Draco (AKA: Scared-y Snake, Pretty Snake)
1.0 Normal Ball Python - Tyrion (AKA: Little Boy, Little Noodle)
1.0 Normal Ball Python - Burnsie
0.1 Blue Eyed Leucistic Ball Python - Khaleesi (AKA: Mother of Snakes)
0.1 Pied Ball Python - Zmeya
1.0 Albino Kenyan Sand Boa - Nagini (AKA: Devil's Spawn, Satan Snake, Evil Little Worm, etc. - but we love him to death!)
    0.1 BCC Red-tailed Boa - Rio
1.0 Normal Corn Snake - Severus (AKA: Little Rattlesnake, Brat)

    I sense a theme building.

I would undoubtedly keep my first ever snake ( cleo ) twenty odd years later she is still the one that makes me smile most.

Man, I only have 2 and I still couldn't choose. I got both this year, both are super awesome to handle and good feeders, I suppose if I had to choose I would keep Circe just for the fact that if I was able to get more snakes down the road I'd already have a breeding size female to work with. (Don't tell Emrys lol)
    1.0 Normal (Emrys)
    0.1 Fire (Calypso)
    0.1 Pied (Tessa)
    0.1 Albino Kingsnake (Nienna)
2.1 Cats (Suki, Daisuke, and Kyo)
0.0.2 Leopard Geckos (Chi and Pixel)

My first snake, Cake! There's always going to be more of a special connection with your first snake.

My jigsaw. Loki. He is my fifth snake but my first morph. Before him I picked up four norm females And Loki is the most docile snake I have ever seen. He will even let you check his teeth without biting ( I know this as he broke a tooth a while back)
Laziness is nothing more than the habit of resting before you get tired.

    I couldn't pick just one.

Hmm Interesting guys! Even though I only have one currently, I plan on getting more and Sammy will ALWAYS be my first pick. First snake ever so he gets dibs.
