Itachi has a new cage

Nice set up and nice snake. Like Gio said, cover the back and sides. I didn't go extravagant as Gio, I just use white paper towels on my glass tanks. You can also use black craft paper. As for perches, I just pus PVC piping. Its cheap as dirt and you can make any kind of configuration you want. I don't pvc cement it as I like to be able to break it down and clean the pieces when needed. Otherwise nice looking. My jungle never comes to floor or uses hides. She just sits coiled on her perches like a GTP lol. I swear if she was green, she could pass as a GTP easily. I generally keep my snake cages pretty plain as I like it easily cleanable and most of my snakes get outdoor time a lot anyways, so the caging is really just for when I'm not around. Heck when i'm home, I usually open all the doors of my AP cages and all the snakes just sit with their faces perched on the litter dams just relaxing for hours like that except my BP who I don't know but she loves to explore and I have to keep an eye on her or she climbs down to the table leg and uses that to get on the floor and explore around lol.

Oh also forgot to mention, with the pvc gym and perches, you can get fancy with them by scorching them with a propane torch outside and make them look like branches. Google pvc perches for green tree pythons or look on youtube. There are guys that show how they did it. You can also check green tree python sites as a lot of people use them.

You must be referring to the first picture. I use white paper towels in my quarantine cages. The 2016 version is pretty basic. Just the essential elements and some basic climbing options. Paper towels are great for checking possible mite or parasite issues. I think that poster background makes the cage look much more exciting that it is. But hey for a few $$ it is a nice improvement.
