Do all bananas lose their lavendar color as they mature?

this is my breeder toffino Diablo the day I bought himmind that this photo was taken with a good camera and under enhanced lighting
this is him a year later actually had to pull him out from a female's tub to take these two photos and again mind this was taken with my phone with just a standerd bulb in a ceiling fan so not the quality of the older photo as you can tell despite the crappy photos he held his color very well as all toffino do

when i bought him i was looking at a banana but saw how they faded as they aged so I found him and never looked back
price was close to the same and the colors are close enough for what i wanted
