I like SYR and use them for a couple main reasons. I like that they give an insurance option. It's not a large amount of money and protects me if the package gets delayed or lost by Fedex. I'm confident in my packaging and weather tracking to always have an animal arrive safe and sound so long as it isn't lost in transit - which the insurance covers. I'm also, generally speaking, terrible at remembering to donate and like that they have a little option there for USARK. I only donate $1 with each shipment but that adds up over the course of a year and I'm glad SYR has that feature.
