One week of quarantine sounds like a bad idea for a few reasons. First general quarantine is very important, can be hard to tell if a snake has mites in a week, if there are any eggs on the snake they could hatch. Second I would want any female I'm going to be breeding to be well established with me for eating and comfortable in her environment before throwing a male in.
The hybrid looks cool though, for anyone looking for a unique pet. I haven't seen many for sale.
