was the last excrement dark like regular poop or white and chalky (which would be urates)? warm soaks seem to help with hard, impacted bowels. u could try that again but don't keep him in too long if he seems stressed. keep him on paper towel substrate to monitor his waste until u can get him to the vet.

also the abrasion looks like nose rub. what type of enclosure is your BP in? have u noticed it rubbing its snoot against something in the enclosure or walls/door/lid trying to escape?
