Re: What do you do with a kid who loves snakes, but hates breakfast??
According to recent research ..... the supposed importance of breakfast or breaking fast are massively over rated at best and may even be incorrect .
They're now suggesting that fasting overnight to the following NOON ( or later ) is far healthier as it gives the body time to recover / recupriate and repair itself . I'm now on a 16:8 regime - meaning I eat something at 9pm and then NO FOOD until the following day at 1pm !!
I just drink fluids I between .
Ive been doing this for just over 3 weeks and I've lost 12lbs .
Losing weight and feeling FABULOUS !!!.

congrats on your weight loss, sincerely, i've been carrying an extra 10 to 15 for a few months now and its a real bummer. That being said, these snake omelets are for a 4-year-old, his metabolism is less human, more humming-bird, and when he's hungry (hangry) he's even less human still!

Re: What do you do with a kid who loves snakes, but hates breakfast??
Thanks ... I've simply excluded all the things I actually LOVE eating
That meant excluding bread , biscuits , toffees and chocolate , tea and coffee , sweets / candy , pies and pasties etc ..
I've also reduced carbs to as low as possible each day .
The good news is I can eat meat / fish / spam / bacon / sausages And vegetables -fruit and double cream - as much as I want , basically

Watch out for sodium, its the silent killer that many diets forget to warn you about.
... wait a minute... did you say no coffee? i take it back, get all the sodium you can, death is preferable to a life without coffee...

Oh my God I didn't realize those are omelettes! I was so confused, wondering what the heck these weird colourful sticks actually were. 😂😅

LOL hey, if you couldn't tell they were eggs, then I am doing something right! I just separate them into 2 bowls (3 for the boa) and add food dye, then first spoon the pattern color, let it cook a bit then fill in the rest with the body color - the trick is to use a pan that is much bigger than necessary for normal scrambled eggs so that you can let them just cook flat then roll it up.
And by the way, today was a corn snake

I had no idea they were omelettes either. That's pretty clever!
