    Did she ever take food for you?

    What was she fed previously?

    Try to downsize the tub even more to a 15 quarts tub, not all animals do well in bigger tubs and sometime a small switch like that can help. Provide TIGHT hides, and temps no higher than 88 on the warm side as well if not done already. Having a substrate in which the animal can bury itself helps also (Aspen, Coconut Chip)

    Every animal is different so even if the other were doing fine in the same type of setup does not mean this one does or will.
