If you do not want to sit on a bunch of babies what I would suggest is this get female Pied this year, and in about 12 to 18 months get a male CG or Banana Het Pied (by that time price will have drop some more)
And than best of both world.
It's the most cost effective way to produce something you can both like not having to chose between Pied or CG/Banana, you won't have to deal with tons of animals to hold back, and PH to try to sell, and the male will go well with your Mojave as well.
