What did you buy them as? Didn't the Seller tell you what they were?

Hypo - Mojave - Mystic or Phantom, are those pets? Future breeders? If they are future breeders why buy not knowing what you are even buying? Don't you care about lineage?

    Re: Need help Identifying Morphs

They are posted on my local Craigslist Ive owned a "normal" and a pastel ball python for a few years now i was looking to buy the 3 they are asking $350.00 for them as I'm Not really good with morphs yet and seeing how many morph are out there i Figured to join this forum and ask a community of Enthusiasts such as yourselves to make sure im not getting burned on craigslist im going to buy them as pets not as breeders.

seeing how i got a bit of "sass" from this community i think its best if i just leave now and not ask any more questions. Thank you for making me feel stupid for asking this community a simple question.

Again, why ask questions if you don't like the answer?
You might need to thicken your skin should you decide to do anything on line.

Nobody can make you feel stupid. You simply choose to feel that way . Whether it is deserved or not is on you.

Your first post ever starts with "I got", which implies that you already have in your possession, not that you're thinking of getting. You have nice pictures of three snakes which again makes it appear you already have the snakes. While it isn't unusual for a first time buyer getting a single animal from Pet Smart not to know what they are buying , few people go out and acquire three snakes on an impulse without doing a little homework up front. So I ask myself if this person is legitimately unknowing or just testing the acuity of the members on this forum.

This is a helpful community, probably the nicest collective you'll find out there for this particular hobby. But if you're going to be too thin skinned for this place, perhaps you should take your leave. However, I seriously doubt you'll fair better elsewhere.

It is helpful for this community to have more information not less. Had you provided the information you gave in this post up front, it may have been received better and responded to in a way that was more to your liking. Look at this thread from my perspective. Someone posts, having just joined the forum for the purpose of the thread, asking about the genetics of three snakes they say, "I got". Because of my suspicious nature, my first thought is that you may have secured the snakes in a manner that is not quite above board, and are trying to figure out what you have for sake of value. The fact that you will now "take your leave", making your visit the equivalent of an inner city drive-by, really only reinforces the suspicion.

Go if you'd like. Stay if you'd like. Feel however you choose to feel. That's the beauty of free will. But if you want to learn something about ball pythons, stick around.

    "Too much sass?"

    Seriously.

So you are thinking about buying animals they were identified, the questions were an added bonus to make you think in case you were buying animals as future breeding projects. I don't have a crystal ball I have no idea if you are buying a pet or a future breeder so I asked questions to make you think not to make you feel stupid, I cannot help if a person is overly sensitive and interpret things that are not even there.

If you were to buy them as breeder.

Did you know there are different lines of Hypo and while most are compatibles not all are, might be an issue if you have plan of if you plan on selling offsprings one day, people will ask questions.

Mystic or Phantom same animals different lines, now they are compatible however again if you plan on breeding and producing offspring some people my want to know, I work with Lesser not butter (also the same animal) I work with Coral Glow not Banana (also the same animals) and lines to me and the ability to answer potential buyers questions are important.

Can you expand on what you mean by lesser and butter being the same as well as banana and coral glow? I always thought they looked very similar, but are you saying they're actually the same gene with two different names?
