    Het.

Probably asking a question I already k ow the answer too but want to be sure.

So if I bred a male piebald to a 100% het piebald 1/2 would be piebald and the other half would be normal but 100% het for piebald, correct?

This is where iam unsure with breeding a female Mojave non het according to world of ball pythons I would get half het and half Mojave het but what percentage 66% or 25%?

In theory yes you would, now it's 50% chance per egg so you could end up with no Pied or you could end up with all Pied.

Not sure about the second part of the question

    Mojave is co-dominant not reccessive

If you breed a mojave to normal you get 50% mojave 50% normal (again in theory odds don't always work in your favor)

If you breed a mojave to another mojave you get 50% Mojave 25% Normal 25% Super Mojave

If you breed a Pied to a Mojave you get 50/50 Mojave 100% Het Pied and 100% Het Pied (Normal looking offsping het for pied)

When you breed a recessive (Pied, Albino, Genetic Stripe etc) to a normal or a co-dom or dom all the offspring will be 100% Hets

66% Het are the result of Het Pied x Het Pied, 50% Het are the result of Het Pied x Normal

    Re: Het.

I've seen the 66% jet number before, but how does that work out? If you have two normals het albino, for example, would your odds not be 25% albino, 50% het, 25% normal?

Yes your chances per egg would be 25% Albino, 50% Het Albino and 25% Normal, however since you cannot know which are normals and which are het all normal looking offsprings are labelled/sold as 66% Het Albino.

Possible hets are a gamble if they prove that means they are really hets if they don't that mean they are just normal.

    ....
You can look at it like a pie cut into four quarters. One quarter is albino and is removed. That leaves three quarter pieces. One quarter is normal. The other two quarters are het albino and look like the normal quarter of the pie. Two pieces of three pieces = 2/3 = 66% (rounded down).
