    You can look at it like a pie cut into four quarters. One quarter is albino and is removed. That leaves three quarter pieces. One quarter is normal. The other two quarters are het albino and look like the normal quarter of the pie. Two pieces of three pieces = 2/3 = 66% (rounded down).
