Breeding temps, cooling, warming, and introduction.

Hey guys Im having a hard time. My ball pythons are ready to breed this season but im stuck on some things and want it to be done right. I want to start my cooling cycle Oct 1st. I then want to start introducing my males to my females Nov 1st. Is it ok to go back to normal temps Jan 1st??? Also, is it better to start introducing males to females during or after cooling. And how long should cooling last? Ive heard 3 months and ive heard 6 months. IM CONFUSED!!! Please help.

No need to cool and no need to make duplicate threads.
