Depending on the time of year and your location, you'll see some fluctuations with temps and humidity. 77°F isn't bad as long as you turned your CHE back one. If your ball python is already in the middle of a shed, you can put him in a Rubbermaid/sterilite tube with warm water and a wash cloth for about 20-30 min, being mindful of the temp of the water. After 20-30 min, take your snake out the tub, and allow it to slither through the wash cloth. That will help with any stuck shed.
I've only had to resort to that once during a heat wave last year. It only occurred with a chocolate lemon blast.
