    Not a bad setup to start with. A bit big for such a tiny baby, but it will grow into the enclosure in no time flat. UVB is tricky. Since it's being filtered through a screen top, your dragon should be able to get within 6 inches of the light to be able to get the effects of the UVB. I did this by placing a decorative tree beneath the light fixture.

    With some dietary changes in the greens offered, and access to get closer to the UVB, I'd say you're set up pretty well. Your dragon is very small, and likely stressed from being relocated. I feed my baby beardie in a 10 gallon so the feeders don't escape into the cage decor. It works really well for me. Maybe a smaller feeding enclosure would help to get your beardie eating.
