My little guy didn't start eating a lot until he had 3 or 4 days to settle in. It's best to stay away from kale, or feed it very sparingly, and opt in for something else like collard greens, turnip greens, mustard greens and escarole. Kale us very high in oxalates and this can have negative impacts on your beardie, especially at such a young age.

What are your temps for the hot and cool side as well as the basking spot? And do you have UVB available? If you could post a photo of the enclosure, that would be great.

Keep offering insects 2 to 3 times a day, dusted in phosphorus free calcium and multivitamin with beta carotene. If there are no husbandry issues, he should start eating regularly once he has settled in a bit.
