housing two males together for a short while???

so I attended a show today and temptation got the best of me.. i came home with a beautiful female black pastel mojave that i plan to breed to my pied male once she gets a little bigger.

That being said, I put her in a ten gallon tank for now with a heat mat under the tank, which i do not do for my other two ball pythons, only temporarily.
Would it be bad to stick my male pied and male lemon blast together just until i get the new heat pad which i would regulate with a thermostat? and i would stick her in one of the males setups for now.

Like i said this would only be very temporary.. and I do not want to leave the female in the ten gallon if i can avoid it.

Thoughts please???

Housing two ball pythons together is bad to start with but putting two males together is asking for a fight...

I would not house two males together, either. If you're having warmer weather in the northeast, it's a better idea to house them on separate Rubbermaid/Sterilite tubs of appropriate size. Although a hot spot is recommended for these guys, there are a few breeders here who only support ambient heat. I'd definitely also keep the newcomers quarantined (I personally do 90 days min). Also, I would not run any type of heating without a proper thermostat.

What Ism said. If you can keep it between 84 and 89 you don't need the heat pad. It can drop a little lower temporarily but it cannot go higher. Do not put two males together.

NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, use a uth unregulated!! It will burn the snake. No heat is better than an unregulated uth! Sorry just can't stress that enough!!!

Unplug the heat pad immiditely, measuring and controlling temp are 2 different things and I know you do not monitor temps every minutes 24/7

Food for the though provide proper husbandry (that means having proper husbandry supply) and have enclosures ready before bringing home new snakes.
