Baby Brazilian rainbow boa not eating

I've had my baby male Brazilian rainbow boa for almost 3 weeks now and he has not eaten. I'm not sure if i should be concerned or not, considering boas are great eaters. I'm a little worried because he is not very thick at all. He is housed in a 66 quart bin with cypress mulch, a large water dish, and decor. His temp is at 80 degrees and his humidity is in the 90s. I also have not messed with him.
I have tried live, f/t (scented with live), braining, and offering food at night. He doesn't even look interested.
How long until I should take act and force feed? I want that to be my last option, as it is extremely stressful on them. But as I stated, he isn't very thick. I also emailed the place where i got him last night asking when he ate last. No response

These guys need a temperature gradient, a constant 80*F gives him nowhere to cool off. Mine have a low of the ambient room temp (mid 70's) with a UTH providing belly heat at 85*F under the cypress - and yes they do find it when needed.

Babies naturally hide during the day and hunt at night. I would try feeding him a live mouse fuzzy between 9 pm and midnight, and leave it there for a while, maybe overnight since a mouse fuzzy can't hurt him.

I have the heatpad on one side. So the other side is used for him to cool off (: & I'll try that. Thank you
