    Scars

My BP Copernicus, who is about a year or two old, has a series of scars running along his spine. They're short, brown scars and he's had them since I got him. I got him from the breeder who hatched him, they were rather low quality, and he was living in one tank with several other snakes. There are five scars, and one white one. Any idea what these could be from? He's not defensive, the only time he balls up is when he sleeps. All help is appreciated.
