i would highly recommend getting a Mojave or Mojave combo to pair with your Super Pastel Lesser. you could still get a BEL without the issues. you will also diversify and get another gene to work with.

If you breed your super pastel lesser to another one of the BEL producing genes you should be able to identify if the babies carry the pastel gene. I just produced a BEL GHI and a BEL GHI pastel and the BEL GHI pastel has a orangeish stripe down his back. Its really WICKED looking at him under a black light. The breeding to produce them was pastave ghi x lesser.In my personal opinion the mojave x lesser breeding produces the more cleaner looking BEL.
