Betadine and would it help?

My snake has those markings on the spine that ive been talking about. Would betadine help? Has anyone ever used it on there snake? If so how much. I know no one here is a vet but maybe someone has some info about it.

I can't really tell from the pic but and I have no business even guessing what it could be but do the eyes look crinkled? What stage of the shed are you in ... I guess I would wait to see what happens in shed if it's for sure going to be soon if not I'd seek another, preferably reptile expert, or vet opinion. I don't think I'd give anything without it being recommend but I don't know enough to just do that.
