I HATE tanks. Humidity was the worst. I had a very similar if not exact set up once before I switched. In order to keep humidity where I was, I would lay a folded towel over the screen top ( where the ceramic light wasn't lol) and when my humidity started to drop I'd spray the towel down. I normally had to do this twice a day, sometimes three if he was going into shed. But it worked, kept my humidity 50/60 instead of 20. Good luck!
