Humidity
Is it ok to use a humidifier such as a Vicks brand to help raise humidity level in the room my bp's are in ? If so should I run it constant or put it on a timer strip or what ? No I don't really want to run a misting system .

Re: Humidity
Are you talking about using the humidifier to raise the relative humidity in the entire room? Or one that you can modify to use in the tank?
If you just going to use it to try to raise the whole rooms humidity it should be okay.
As for a timer or constant, that will depend largely on specific factors like the size of the room, the humidity to begin with, the amount of air flow, air conditioning, etc... You could play around and see if leaving in on for a set amount of time works? Or if it has different setting maybe try leaving it on low all day or high for a few hours. They sell thermostats that can also control humidity but I'm not sure if it would work for trying to raise the humidity in the whole room.

The vicks. White and blue machine isnt a humidifier. I made the same mistake. If its a vaporizer its not the same. So check on that
