Because she is willing and able does not means she should or needs to, one thing with adults in captivity they are often overfed, than people complain because they fast, stick to a medium rat once a week it's more than enough. Also I would not recommend going back and forth between rat and mice because sooner or later she will get stuck on mice.my big girl is always willing to have a 2 mouse snack after her rat!
I have females in the 3500 / 4000 grams range they never get anything more than 150 grams weekly if that gives you an idea, could they eat more or larger prey? Yes, should they or do they need too? NO
