So a butter genetic stripe. Means you breed a het genetic stripe to a butter. Sorry I'm new to all this and trying to understand the recessive part of ball pythons the dominant and Co dominant are easy

If you have any questions let me know! in order to produce a butter genetic stripe you can do it in a few ways. One way is to breed a butter het stripe male or female to a het stripe or stripe of the opposite sex. To produce a visual recessive no matter what, both parents must be at least het (heterozygous) for the recessive gene meaning they carry the gene but they do not show it visually.
