Thanks for the replies you all. So instead of spending my hard earned money on small business owners, I bought heat pads from Petco. Made box store a few hundred today.

Those to are not even the correct pairing........
The red one should be a spade not a grounding lug.
Secondly to answer your question, No there is no way to connect those to heat tape.
Solder or heat tape connectors is or heat tape.
No need to pout when you post and no one answers you considering most people may be driving to or spending time with their families on this 4th of July weekend......
