    Does my BP trust me?

I have a young bp (around 6-8 months). He's my first bp, and I love him dearly. I believe he's comfortable with me but I'm not sure. However, I've witnessed him drinking water twice: once when he was soaking and another just tonight after I finished handling him. I know that bp's are shy creatures and that they prefer to eat and drink in dark areas alone. Does the action of him drinking his water in front of me mean he trusts me?

It means your presence at that moment didn't freak him out, and didn't make him hide. :-)
