Biscuits for Breakfast. Rolls for Dinner

If the meal is Southern and artery clogging biscuits are a necessity. Now if you are a refined yankee, rolls are the classy way to go.

I am obsessed with biscuits...we have a delicious fried chicken place here called Lees Chicken - I just go there for the biscuits and always joke with my boyfriend "I'll get 10 biscuits and 10 gravies - thanks." Truthfully I only eat 1 but I swear I could eat 10...I've tried to create the exact recipe but their biscuits are out of this world. Meh on the rolls lol

Rolls eight days a week for me, but if I were choosing a last meal and had to pick one or the other, I'd be choosing a nice warm, flaky biscuit.
