So I know that ball pythons are finicky eaters, and as such, often go off eating for up to months at a time. I'm just curious, do all ball pythons do this? I mean, stop feeding during certain seasons

Just a couple questions..
Jojo lately has had the habit of refusing meals right before a shed. Although that is usually normal he has never refused a meal untill about 2 months ago but always takes a meal after shedding.
Thanks,
Damien

Yes, my two guys now havent eaten in 5 weeks. Andy went without a meal for at least 4 months at the beginning of the year ( dont know about before i got him ). As long as they have enough "meat" on their bones its not initially life threatening. Long term feeding problems might indicate a serious medical or husbandry problem.

Compadres, it is imperative that we crush the freedom fighters before the start of the rainy season. And remember, a shiny new donkey for whomever brings me the head of Colonel Montoya.
