Wow! Tough call. The 3 on the bottom left are the most suspicious to me bc of the yellow green hue they seem to have. When were they laid and what day are you at with them? It appears they are laden with excessive moisture either from how you are incubating them or dripping products of condensation. Consider using a 1 to 1 mixture in your incubation medium to water first and give them all a chance until proven otherwise. Good luck.
I don't have any personal experience with bad eggs. I'm on my third year, and have yet to have an egg go bad. 33 eggs in the incubator so far this season.
I use vermiculite 1:1 with water. Every 3 days or so I take the lid off and remove all condensation from the lid of the egg bin. Incubate at 89 degrees. Never had a problem.
