    You need some fats in order to absorb fat-soluble vitamins from veggies. That's why greens are traditionally served with oil . Just make sure it's healthy fats not junk food, and not too much.

    Jeez, no ramen! That's a terrible suggestion. Have you ever looked at the label? The noodles are fried so there's a lot of fat, and the seasoning is basically salt and MSG mixed with more fat. It's about the junkiest junk food possible. Maybe some college kids can survive on that but it's definitely not a weight-loss or healthy food.
