I'd recommend a toothbrush, some food-safe scrubbing agent, something pointy to scrape, and boiling to finish it off. Would be one heck of a waste of money to throw that thing away without at least trying to clean it, seeing how those dishes are often 20€+ .... At least over here they are. If it doesn't come off, ya can still buy a new one ; )
