Eggs Going Bad? (Video Link)
Okay, On Wednesday June 1st I pulled out my female, checked her for eggs (no bumps or noticable eggs that I could see inside her or otherwise.) I fed her four mice, cleaned her cage and put her back. Fastforward one week, Wednesday the 8th, I go to feed her and clean her cage again....EGGS!!? I have no idea when she laid them, and apparently I need help figureing out when she is preggers. But, I did some quick thinking, called my local breeder and he advised me to get them into an incubator. I got the egg tub set up, got the incubator going, moved the eggs (all as one mass because they are rather stuck to each other) and wa-laa! Eggs. Buuuuut, now I am worried.

Here is a video I made because they are starting to worry me. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. I just want to know they are going to be OK.

Re: Eggs Going Bad? (Video Link)
50% humidity is way to low, my eggs are at 99% currently. The damp towel on them is probably hurting them to. Usually not a good idea to have anything wet touching them. It should be OK if the bad eggs are touching the others. The mold shouldn't spread to much to good eggs. Do the other eggs have veins? Now to fix it. You should find some egg crate, moisten the heck out of the substrate, like twice as much water as you have already added, put the egg crate on top of the substrate, then eggs on the crate. Is your thermostat proportional? Keeping an even remp and doesn't just turn on and off allowing temp swings and possibly hurting the eggs?

Re: Eggs Going Bad? (Video Link)
I'm not 100% sure what the humidity is inside the egg tub, I used to have the probe inside it, but the flies started laying eggs and hatching larvae on top of my python eggs because of the opening. The eggs are currently nesting in a 1:1 vermiculite mix with a sealed container. I would guestimate the humidity is actually pretty good in there, because the paper towel (that I have now removed) stayed damp (but not dripping) without any extra water. Three of the eggs don't have veins that I can see, the three that still look good have good veins.
The thermostat has a probe (like with normal thermometers for the tanks) I put it on the bottom of the crate outside the egg tub so that the temp is at 88-89 at the bottom, and closer to 90 at the top. Even with the small gradient, its between the right temps.
So, to clarify:
Take the eggs OUT OF the vermiculite, put them on top of an egg crate, put the vermiculite BELOW the crate and wet it down really really well. Correct?

Having something wet touching the eggs is a big no no.

Yes, just to make sure they are humid enough. They looked a little dimpled which at this stage usually means low humidity. And I would keep the bad eggs in there, just in case they make it.
