Forgot I fed him, handled him like 17 hours after, when will he barf
Sigh. I fed my snake his mouse early this morning (6 AM), it's now 11:40 pm and I had to move him into another container to clean his tank, and he was a wiggle worm the whole time (he's only 1 year old, so...), and ... It's now 11:40 PM and I just remembered feeding him. I know I'm not supposed to handle him for 48 hours after feeding and I feel terrible. Will he definitely throw up? Will he be okay? Ugh. I just had a very busy day, was in the hospital, it slipped my mind.

Keep an eye on him, but if he seems fine he should be ok. It's generally a good idea to leave them alone after feeding, but it's not the end of the world.

If that's truly all you handled him, I wouldn't be worried. He should be fine.

Hahaha, girl you such a mess. <3 Try to relax, and ENJOY your snake! Even if he does regurgitate, guess what? You learned a great lesson and can always try to feed again when you're both ready. I imagine handling a snake like that within several hours of eating is probably similar to someone giving you a piggyback ride after you've had your fill of Thanksgiving dinner. Not very comfortable but it won't necessarily make ya barf. And if it does, you'll be OK too!
Hope all went well at the hospital!

While I understand your reaction from reading the warnings given to first time keepers, those warnings are only given to minimize any issues we have control over. The truth is these animals can deal with stress and are not tubes of glass that will break if you look at them wrong. If he was going to throw up it would've been right then or soon after, you have nothing to worry about. I wouldn't think twice about moving my snakes around even if they ate 5 minutes ago. I'm just not going to have a recreational handling session or take them to an expo until they have had some time.
I remember feeding an animal I just got the week before, instantly took frozen from me without issue. Come back 20 minutes later to make sure she ate it, I notice mites on her. Don't think I was waiting any amount of time to put her in a freshly PAM'd cage. She was fine.

Guess I overreacted a bit. Checked on him earlier this morning and a few minutes ago. He's just fine.

This.^^ Definitely this^^
It would more than likely have regurgitated it's food there and then. Snakes do it so if they need to be more agile and get away quickly they can.
All my bps are fed outside their enclosure so they are all handled after eating. I've never had a snake regurgitate yet.

Just leave him alone. Maybe he barfs.. maybe he doesn't. Just keep the stress low for a little longer.
It happens.
