So I ended up finding a fix. I waited until it looked like she was trying to " escape" from her tub . So I was hoping she was hungry and searching for food.
I have a few mice in the freezer do I pulled one out and set it in warm water. I then placed it on a large Terra cotta saucer and placed it in her tub. I slid the tub back into the rack and waited. Sure enough not five minutes later when I checked there was no mouse. This is a picture after she ate the mouse.

So if anyone ever has a similar sand issue I hope this could help. Not sure how popular Kenyan sand boas are or if there is anyone else using sand for any other type of snake(this feels unlikely).
