Treatment for extremely mild scale rot

I just wanted to confirm something really quickly:

He was on eco earth, which worked well in the exo terra cage display setup that I have my other boy in, but not so well in a tub where there is no drying heat lamp being used to raise ambient temps. This combined with the crazy weather was a huge contribution to the issue I'm sure. As I said, this has since been sorted and he is currently on paper towel substrate, which is kept clean and dry.

I think its just dirt under the scoots. Scale rot for what Ive seen tends to be more wide spread.
