I just wanted to confirm something really quickly:

Both my paradox boy and my banana girl have dark spots on their bellies. This really surprised me, because they're both bananas. Their bellies are glossy and shiny, and the spots are underneath the gloss when you tilt them in the light. I understand why it might be there on the paradox, but not the banana pewter girl. I included a shot of the paradox boy's belly so you can see here:

And here's how it disappears under the shine:

In any event, I had pretty much chalked it up to strange markings, but I've been keeping an eye on it just as a precautionary measure, and I'm glad, because today I saw that my paradox has a small area on his body where the scales are light brown around the edges. Not lifting, just brown and looking a little scaly (no pun intended). This is 100% not a burn. I have everyone's UTHs on Herpstat thermostats as well as thermometers, and temps are not too high.
Here is the best pic I could get, as he was crawling around all over me:

Everything is now under control, but for a while I had been struggling with the humidity levels being too high because he was the first to be in a sterilite tub (my other boy is in a glass exo terra enclosure which had the opposite issue for a while). The general humidity levels in our house and outdoors were also very high at the time because of the weather, which I'm sure didn't help. Everything has since been worked out, but at the time it was a struggle. I'm not sure if it just showed up, or if I'd just been missing it prior, but I'm thinking that this was most likely what started it.

He was on eco earth, which worked well in the exo terra cage display setup that I have my other boy in, but not so well in a tub where there is no drying heat lamp being used to raise ambient temps. This combined with the crazy weather was a huge contribution to the issue I'm sure. As I said, this has since been sorted and he is currently on paper towel substrate, which is kept clean and dry.

I have a vet appointment for him tomorrow, with a request for the vet to call me if anything opens up for this evening.

Today I am going to be scrubbing out his tub and everything in it, melting a few extra holes in the sides just in case, and of course he will be kept well away from everyone else. I will also do full body checks to be sure that nobody else needs to go with us tomorrow as well.

I wanted to just ask and be sure that there isn't anything else that I missed that I should be doing for him between now and his appointment, aside from keeping him clean and dry. I am aware of the betadine soak treatment etc., but I was planning to get him to the vet and get a medical diagnosis before doing anything else.
I want to make sure that he has the best care possible.

Thanks guys.
