    None of this sounds like an RI to me. Snakes can sometimes not swallow the last bit of water after drinking. I have seen this plenty of times in very healthy animals.

    Once you see thick mucous coming up, bubbling, hacking/coughing, sitting with mouth open constantly, then you can start worrying about an RI. Until then try to relax.
