    I'll either be making baby back ribs or pulled pork. Both are equally easy on a gas grill because you cook them with low heat for a sufficient time wrapped in foil. Pulled pork takes about 8 hours and ribs take about 2 hours. I have a gas grill for convenience and consistency but I prefer food cooked on charcoal or wood if it is an item to be flame grilled such as burgers and steaks. I hope everyone has a great weekend.
