Ok, Memorial Day weekend is upon us and it’s the unofficial start of the BBQ/Grilling season! Are you having a cookout this weekend? This summer?
I’m just gonna go chill with family this weekend and we’re gonna keep it simple. So it’s burgers and weiners. But what are u doing? anything fancy?
I’m still learning how to BBQ and working, gonna experiment with indirect grilling, low and slow style this summer.
