Oh, ok if it was sold as a possible enchi then I would think you may have to prove that out through breeding. However , if he is a top breeder I would think his word is reliable. I am just perplexed as to why he doesn't have some kind of proof to back up the possibility of the animal having enchi. You know, through breeding records?
