She looks fine to me. Just keep an eye on her weight if possible. You could try a smaller prey item to try to break her fast.

Are you feeding live or f/t?
Is it usually light where you are trying to feed her?
What is your warm/cool temps ? Do you use an overhead light or under tank heater?

Re: Oh hey! We need a communal "not eating" place
This week was f/t food that was leftover from some other snek. Over head temp of 30, cool side at 26-27 (celcius )
It's a smallish/medium ish rat. Also first time with light. And in that big tank. She's in a tub habitually. Will try again next week... I am waiting for my lives to get a little more alive before trying them. Did try a pup but she just slitterned on it.
Also tried at higher and lower underbelly heat, smaller tub, less/more light (feeds are habitually in the evening when its dark out). Now she's out of the reptile room (where all the other sneks and rats are) so hoping that helps. But now she has to live with cats.
Thankfully I made a save file all my iherp entries (:/) this weekend, she was 2589 in march and 2328 in april. Still got to weight her for this month...

Update!! Today I took pictures and weights, Patty was sighing/wheezing when she was stretching out... Going to check that out and hope it's nothing bad. Back to the tub she goes!
Also, she took 30 grams since the last time I weighted her ? How is that possible ??

Generally these are not things that you want to hear. Now I do have a big Pastel girl that perpetually wheezes, so it may be nothing, but RI is nothing to mess with. Any bubbles or mucous? If she's starting to feel bad it could certainly cause her to go off feed.

Re: Oh hey! We need a communal "not eating" place
I tried looking this morning while I took her back to her regular tub but she really did not want to open up. I was able to somewhat see some of her gums and there did seem to be very small bubbles. I'll have to check again with the help of someone to hold her while I pry her mouth open. Not sure if the bubbles were already there or from trying to move her in position... no excess saliva/mucus though. Mouth is clean except for a scab on her chin.
