I fed my snakes the other day and I have a coral glow male that's about 250 grams and was completely submerged in his water with just the tip of his nose sticking out LOL I didn't even think to check for mites. But I took him out of the water an onto dry bedding and closed up the tub, then about ten minutes later put a live mouse in the tub and he ate it LOL. I didn't even know ball pythons would submerge themselves in water like that until I saw him do it. I guess I better check him for mites the next feeding, although it may be tough since coral glows naturally have black spots all over them. He didn't look like he was in shed either, just kind of weird.
