Not "maybe" or "kind of". V70s are DEFINITELY too big for hatchlings. You're just asking for husbandry issues starting little ones off in a tub that size.
If it's a good deal, the V70s are my tub of choice for adults, but it will be quite some time before you'll be putting them to use.
